Got a question for you all about ramen in the prep stash. I know it's not the most nutrient-rich option, but it's super cheap and fills you up. I've got a few cases tucked away, but how long do you think they actually last after expiration? And is there a smarter way to store them than just leaving them in the box? Anyone got tips for rotating ramen or ways to jazz it up for long-term survival? Seems like they go longer than the date says!
