Yes, I missed the season change in FL, was born in Northern IL Also, I have family here in WI. and also IL.

Welcome specs! I used to travel a lot and always enjoyed coming home. Hope you do as well.

Thanks for the welcome. We retired to KY for several years and then moved to FL. We came back up north when my wife became ill so she could be near our sons. After 62 years of marriage, she passed. I no longer shoot due to hearing problems.

Wife and I are planning a move to Wisconsin From New Hampshire. All our kids are in the Midwest, Daughter is in the Jefferson area.

We recently came back to WI as well.....we are in Marinette County, about 45 minutes north of Green Bay.

Welcome to Wisconsin, Specs. My wife lived in both Wisconsin and Florida. She would never go back, loves it here.

Thanks for the welcome. Sorry, but I don't know anything about the hunting and fishing here. I hunted in central IL for pheasants as a young man, and I never was much of a fisherman. Did a bit of deer harvesting in KY, but it was not exactly hunting, just taking a doe for the table once a season when we lived there. We had some acres in rural KY and were overrun with deer.

60 years old and have lived in Central Wisconsin for a lot of it. Spent many years in Columbia County, Marquette County and Waushara County. Live in Waukesha County now, but have a second residence in Marquette County now for 20 years.
