Might as well start a thread... Post a picture or tell us what you have as your favorite ride.
Me, I recently re-entered motorcycling just prior to retiring. It was 40 years without my own bike. Now 3 1/2 years later I'm having the time of my life... I liked the smaller bikes I had over the years, so that is where I returned to.

Those are the best looking current bike and I almost got back into riding several years ago because I really enjoy the looks and smaller engine. Getting up in years and I enjoy long road trips I decided to buy my other favorite vehicle. The Toyota FJ Cruiser.

That's awesome you got back into riding after all those years, I picked up a cruiser a while back and it's been pure joy

Sounds like you're really enjoying being back on two wheels, what drew you back to smaller bikes instead of moving to a bigger cruiser or touring model after all those years away?

Thinking back to the bikes I had the most fun I had was on my smaller bikes. I am able to take this bike to its limits and use 100% of its power and challenge my abilities. It's all in that fun factor. I have little interest in riding the interstates, the backroads are more interesting at a slower pace. In my humble opinion the scenery is better... I like to ramble, hmm I wonder where that road go's, life is an adventure.

Smaller bikes really do bring out the pure fun of riding. I get what you mean about backroads, the adventure and scenery beat highways any day
