Hello fellow WI hunters and arms enthusiasts. I have been on, and enjoying, this forum for some time now. The topics have proved interesting and those who participate are interesting as well. Plus, we all learn from each other. So, I propose all of us talk to our hunting friends and get them participating as well. The more the merrier. And the more to learn and enjoy. There are about 800,000 hunting licenses sold each year here, of which about 575,000 are dear licenses. Surely, many of these people would want to connect. Just a thought.

Lurkers are not always bad. On another forum a lurker contacted me with a PM asking about my experience and thoughts on a particular rifle that I had mentioned. As it turned out he ended up purchasing a similar rifle in the caliber I was talking about, encouraged by the descriptions and stories told as well as photos of the results of shooting the rifle and the tiny groups it was capable of. Since we have become good friends, exchanging stories, photos, evaluations of different rifles, pistols and revolvers. We talk about reloading, what works for us, what is a waste of time and hunting adventures present and past.
