made up some case forming bullets last night just need to shoot them

What kind of barrel did you get? I have a 24 inch 30 cal match barrel with a heavy Varmint taper on order from Bartlein. Should be ready sometime within the next month. Going to put it on my Model 70 and have it chambered in 7.62 x 51. Did that with another Model 70 many years ago and it was a tack driver with either military or 308 ammo. Hoping I can duplicate the previous success.

Nice setup! I am curious how the fire-forming goes. And what load data are you starting with, what’s your intended use?

 A 220 Swift AI? That thing is a laser beam. I had one years ago, it shot so flat and fast. Yeah, case forming can be tedious, but it's absolutely worth it...you'll really enjoy the whole building process.

Case forming is a snap , just fire 220 swift in the chamber and wa-la 220 swift ackley improved
I plan on using it for coyote and other varmint's
