Over the years, and there have been many, I learned TV is a place to waste away time that could be better spent doing something constructive, like loading up a new 338 round to try out, or going to a range, indoor or outdoor to perfect (which is impossible) shooting skills. I read a lot, almost always fiction based on real life. Favorite authors are John Sandford, Lee Child, CJ Box, Craig Johnson, Joseph Heywood, Stephen Hunter, Michael Connelly, and for comic relief Janet Evanovich and Patrick McMannus. Most times I have read their entire series from start to current and impatiently waiting for the next in the series. Sometimes I read the books more than once, and each time see something that went over my head last time I read it. Yes I do have a TV, but I don't much watch anything new, spend time on Netflix and Paramount and Prime Video watching series like Longmire, NCIS, Spenser, Jack Ryan, McCloud, CSI, CSI Miami, Joe Picket, Reacher, Jag, just to name a few. Yes, I realize that this is most likely considered weird, but it is what it is.
