Last spring I nearly blew it on my Wisconsin hunting tags. I was up north with spotty service, trying to apply on my phone the night before the deadline. It took three refreshes and some creative language, but the app finally went through. Now I set reminders weeks ahead just in case. The process isn’t hard, but timing’s everything, has anyone else ever cut it close on their tag applications?
