I'm thinking of selling some guns online and want to know what's up. Do you list them on certain sites, use an FFL and how do you handle payment and shipping without issues?

I have been using Kramer Auction Service out of Prairie du Chien for many years now. https://www.kramersales.com/ I have found this to be the best site around to buy or sell firearms as well as other gun related items. Curt is the owner, a very knowledgeable and does a good job representing you firearms. They are inspected and an actual condition assigned to them, then a price range of what they are expected to sell for shown. There are several photos of each firearm so that you can see the condition for yourself. He also rates the firearm and his ratings are reliable. If he says it's good, it's good. Unlike other auction sites, especially Gunbroker I have never been burned either buying or selling. As for how to ship to them, I'm not exactly sure how that is arranged. I have always taken in any firearms for sale as well as picked up anything I have purchased. One of the advantages of this is you get a chance to take a look at what is on hand for the next auction and see the firearm for yourself. Give Curt or one of the girls a call (608-326-8108) and they can explain the shipping process as well as their fees for handling you sale. As far as fees go, I have found them to be more than reasonable for what service you get.
