What's always in your truck for road trips?

I never leave without a good cooler, extra phone charger, and way too many snacks. My buddy thinks I overpack but I've saved us multiple times with stuff I brought. What do you always bring on road trips that other people might not think about?

I always have a small air compressor and tire plugs. It's saved me multiple trips and waiting for roadside assistance. My friends used to laugh until they ended up needing it.

@Rogue_soldier that would be entirely too logical and useful for me... do have battery cables, straps, bungie's, something to drink, maybe a snack, cellphone, and now that I am an official old guy with some health stuff, a urinal. Seems standing on the side taking a loo stop is frowned upon. :sneaky:

Tom, and all others, you think that you have problems, how would you like to have to pull down your pants and squat to pee. Proper procedure of feminine roadside stops is to open both passenger doors (if you have front and rear doors) and proceed to water the weeds while between the open doors. Personally I don't much care about those who frown on this procedure. Keep in mind that it takes more muscles to frown than smile, and one day those frowners with frown lines on their faces will find themselves in the same situation we older folk are now in. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: What goes around, comes around.
